| Investors in People Recruitment & Selection of a Diverse Workforce |
| Author(s) | Discovery |
| Publication Date | June 2006 |
| Publication By | |
| Summary | Over the summer a small piece of qualitative research with about 40 customers was undertaken to test out how favourable IIP organisations would be to incorporating something on the recruitment and selection of a diverse workforce in the next review of the Standard. The research highlighted that we could potentially loose customers if we were to stretch the Standard even further in this area but that they would welcome support and guidance on how to be better in this area. IIPUK met with the CRE, DRC and EOC in October who were sympathetic to this and have agreed to pull together some guidance that we can disseminate to customers and to Practitioners through the learning portal. |
